What to Expect During Your First Visit

Arrival
We can't wait to meet you and your animal. Our facility features dedicated spaces for both small animals and livestock. As you enter the property, please look for the directional signage to guide you toward the appropriate entrance for your animal's specific appointment type. Please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so we can finalize your intake paperwork and ensure a smooth, unhurried start to your visit.

Parking and Check-in
For small animals: Please find parking in our spacious parking lot and enter through the front door upon arrival. For Equine: After checking in at our drive thru window, our team will direct where to unload your horse and park your trailer.

Communication
We believe in keeping you fully informed every step of the way. Prior to your appointment, you will receive a confirmation phone call or email. Please note that we do not use text messaging; all official medical updates, reminders, and follow-ups will be handled directly via a phone call from our staff or a detailed email.

Examination
Your animal's health and comfort are our top priorities. During the initial exam, our veterinarian will perform a comprehensive nose-to-tail evaluation, discuss your animal's medical history, and address any specific concerns you may have. We take a gentle, low-stress approach to ensure a positive experience.

Follow-up
Care doesn't end when you leave. Before you head out, our reception team will provide you with a summary of the visit, any prescribed medications, and help you schedule any necessary booster shots, recheck exams, or routine future appointments. We’ll also give you a call to follow-up on how they’re doing in the days after your appointment.
